Longtime clients entrusted us with restoring their beloved James Caldwell beach house to its former glory. We began by replacing all electrical and mechanical systems, including radiant heat flooring. The open main floor is bright and warm, featuring mahogany cabinets, paneling, and millwork, along with oversized windows, doors, and carefully selected stone. A unique bronze-and-glass stair railing and custom tilework highlight the clients’ creativity, while a new roof, siding, trim, and deck rejuvenate the exterior. Each detail demanded the highest level of craftsmanship, and the finished home beautifully showcases these elements.
