Every project, site, architect, and client is different—just like the materials, selections, and even the soil the home sits on. Ultimately, preconstruction is a collaboration between the client, architect, engineers, and builder, helping align the project’s vision with practical realities. During this phase, the scope of work is refined, resulting in more accurate plans for bidding and permit submittal. Effective preconstruction significantly increases the precision of cost and schedule estimates, and ensures the design and construction teams fully understand the client’s priorities and concerns.

Construction covers overall project management—scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating all resources. We establish an on-site office and guide each trade daily to meet our high standards. Even during this phase, value engineering and issue-spotting remain ongoing. We also hold regular meetings with the client, architect, designers, and subcontractors to make sure everyone is on the same page.
